Want to decrease strain on your pelvic floor muscles during birth which may help decrease tearing, help labour progress and help with your postpartum recovery? Check out the flower bloom breath that I teach all of my prenatal clients to help them release and relax their pelvic floor during labour and the pushing phase of birth. Also a VERY helpful breath to use to decrease tension in your pelvic floor which may be the reason you are experiencing internal pelvic pain (pain with intercourse, inserting a tampon or with a pelvic exam) before OR after birth.
